If anybody has ran inot this problem some help would surely be grateful. i have a fsc5020 printer with a drum code 0953 for the magenta drum unit. Swapped drums out with other color drums and still same problem (wiring, cables and printhead went with drum units) problem is still the same. thanx
did u chek the drum drive motor?...
