Taskalfa 300ci when we try to scan and you hit start nothing happen? copy is fine except when you hit scan keep saying ready to scan but if you hit start nothing happen? we did select different user and we tried the feeder and the class same result!!! anybody face this problem before?
assaf..go to lower firmware level, trY then reload new version..there is a clich on the newer version...shhhh..inside feed...NOTICE AFTER LATEST FIRMWARE LOTS OF SCANNING ISSUES...FOR EX..SCANS ALL DOCUMENTS THEN DF SHOWS A JAM FAILURE...PRESS START TO SCAN NOTHING HAPPEN BUT COPIER OPERATION IS GOOD...KYO CHECK FOR ME PLEASE...
