I'm sure someone else has ran across this issue with the colors washed out , almost like there's humidity in the paper. Clean machine, drum units, charger assemblies,transfer assembly, LED'S,updated f/w to latest.Black looking good, colors not so good.Suggestions welcome. Thanks

Replace the dv units. They should be under warranty.

We have had many issues with this lately. when the main charge is replaced, there are spacers that must be installed(they come in a bag) you must match to the original ones installed. Nobody is doing this so the wire height is impropper. Now its trial and error. Check it out. If the charge has white rollers both ends its is possibly the issue. Good luck.
