I have one of these popping this code at start up. I have changed the rotation of the color drum units as near as I can tell this code if for the magenta led unit. You would think by changing the rotation the code would also change if it is indeed a problem with the led unit. Wish I had another one of these in shop so I could swap boards out.
FYI: the "0029751" portion of the service code is the total count of the machine. It's not really necessary to publish that.
For a 0953 code, the service manual says communication between the Magenta LED array and the Engine PCB. Changing the LED around did not change the code, so then look at the connector in the printer or the engine PCB.

Usually go bad when you mess with the ribbon cables, when machine is still plugged in. Even though its powered down you can still blow pcb when plugged in.
Thanks for the ideas, it ended up being something flakey with the black drum unit, That was the only one I did not switch because the code was for the Magenta led cables.
