First copy output for this machine is 6.2 and 8.1 well I’m working on one machine and it’s taking from 35 to 45s first copy From the ADF and glass. That’s my first problem second, I place my original on the glass, select black and white copy comes out the way it suppose to lead edge first same original on the glass I select full color it turns the image 180 degrees . customer complains they don’t want to keep changing the direction of paper in cassette. Understandable. Different machine same model doesn’t do this. I have updated firmware 6.0, recycle power and no change What can be wrong with this machine. Thanks. ML.
