I was just curious if any of you have taken the Kyocera Service Award Test yet. We have had three techs take it with two in the 70's and I got an 80. I was just wondering how you all did. The test seemed extremely hard.

I took it, got an 88%. Really not as difficult as I thought it might be. Couple questions, wow, but others quite easy.
