Replaced foam spacers.
Yes ,I did the business card trick first.
I can't 906 because the panel will not respond.

Will just replacing the Tab Operation 302fb25190 work.

I have replaced a couple of them. That has always done it for me.

What parts did you replace? The touch panel has 2 parts to it ,the LCD pwb and tab oper.

I had this problem just last week and replacing the tablet and the foam pads that go around it fixed the problem.

Tablet Operation: have been a big issue failing. The conductive adhesive on the flat cable fails under high heat and humidity conditions. We replaced 8 in the last two weeks on Voyagers. NO WARRANTY

Sorry about that it. Yes the tablet PCB is the one I was talking about. You already replaced the foam spacers. I usually replace them any time I replace the tablet PCB.

I've repaired six of these panels this way. I usually happens on machines that have heavy scanner use, consequently a lot more panel use.

The problem was the Tablet operation part # 302FB25190. Tech support could not tell me the most common problem,their advice was to call parts and ask them.....they did know.

P.S I tried the tab from a 3035 and it did work,even though it had a different part #.
