Anybody have p/n for the 8 pin eprom on the print board? Was told by parts have get number from tech services but of course there closed.I have a repaired print system board that I can't get to work. It acts just like one I removed and only thing in common is switching over that eprom. Thanks Craig

if your putting on a new eprom your going to have to have your regional tech rep come out and reset up that machine. unless you have the super secret code for that machine.
Well put in new eprom and print system still doesn't work. I get no lights when plug in a known good network cable. This is a repaired board from KM. The only thing from old print system is now memory, but tried without memory and still nothing. Any suggestions ? Another repaired board in my future I'm thinking.

I ordered the EEPROM and the print card for a 2525E. When I installed the EEPROM I started to get communication errors, and the print card would not take the firmware. I then installed the new print card with the old EEPROM and that worked. Out of curiosity I installed the new print card with the new EEPROM, that also worked.
So at least in my case it was a bad print card, and nothing special was required when installing the EEPROM, except firmware and calibration, of course. =^..^=

Yeah other thing weird I noticed was I ordered a 3232E print card but when I print out status it says 2525E. If go by part #'s there supposedly different, wonder if thats part of my problem. Thats what I thought bad print board at first but then when new board not work I assumed eprom now not sure what to think.

What I ordered was 855RB00075. Which is supposed to be 302HC93012. I even rechecked the box it has right P/N printed on it but still prints out 2520 on status. Think maybe I need return it and get different one. I just rechecked status it printed out, it thinks its actually KM-C2520 on status page. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Craig K.,
