Wondering if there might be some other kind of fix for this or if it is the usual color printer drill of replace drum and/or developer. This one is way out of town at the end of our range. It is about six months old and I guess they are getting some magenta toner dump. They aren't too fond of the idea of sending it back for repair. Hoping someone has a trick I haven't tried yet.
