I recieved the info from 313zd and it looks good but still is not working, are their any tricks or things that I should know. Sim 224 comes up but will not let me install the file the choices are grayed out

file name must be opening_ext_image.png (with underscores as part of file name. The size of the image needs to be 480 x 800 pixels i think.

The file must be named "opening_ext_image"; it must be saved as a .png. Do NOT name the file "opening_ext_image.png"
