haqve a 500ci with 200k on black and about 1k on color. Has the lates firmware. the machine has light copies and prints on top of page not nlead to trail in black only. all other mono color prints and copies are fine. Have replaced black dev and drum but still have problem. Tried trans belt but still light on top. cleaned laser glass both with cleaned and by hand but prints are still light on top of page. Ran internal test ptints and black is the only one that is light on top. ran all setups for parts replaced but still has problem. Anyone had this problem?

I've had to split the laser and clean the polygon mirror in a Voyager to solve this symptom.

the problem turned out to be ozone on the mirror of the black laser unit. the unit is under warrenty and i am sending it in. Thanks for the help
