Hi All.
Has anyone had a problem getting into M.M. in a TA 500 color? This happened after replacing the engine pcb dimm (Frozen welcome screen).Firmware was loaded via conpact flash. Also we can't get into user setting,it comes up but you are unable to change anything. Any thoughts.

Try going to the website -> Basic -> Device Security -> General, and make sure that Lock Operation Panel is set to Unlock.

The fix was reloading the firmware...twice.We first reloaded tne FW with a USB at the main pcb, that did not bring up MM .We then loaded the FW with a compact flash and everything started working.
