I had a 400ci with a c-2810, waste toner motor problem. It has the spring in the waste toner assy. I checked the motor and it was bad , so I replaced it. The new motor now ran constantly, and still had a C-2810. I replaced the engine board. Same problem. I have checked all the waste toner tubes, etc., and the belt. Nothing is clogged or hard to turn. I called the Kyocera hotline, and they said there are no other possibilities and I need to replace both the motor and board at the same time. Anyone have any other ideas? I know it's a pretty simple circuit, but maybe there are other things I am missing. Anyone had this and found a different fix?

had one last week, needed a second engine pcb after motor was replaced, and.. is the spring in the right way, I've seen them just dropped in, not put in transversely like the tech pub says. If the motor does not stop turning, it's the engine pcb,
