Have a 6550ci that was to be del this morning--last night running a few hundred copies for test purpose started having issues--1st was after 3 sets duplex,stapled to tray A, machine would say" bin full" first two sets would work fine but third set would would raise tray A then give that message. ran dio on motor letting tray lower to the bottom and back up--for whatever reason this seemed to resolve this issue--we were then able to run multi sets to tray A duplexed and stapled. Out of the blue started getting C sode's of 7101,7104,7103 would switch to any of the 3 after resetting and trying to run 1 copy or print. Checked manuel and everything points to pwb--any input would be great.

Just FYI---Our Service Rep came down the next day after I posted. Brought with him the 3 color dv units--installed and tested fine--he believed something broke inside each one of the dv units.

Ouch, on a new machine, I hope they run smoother than that.
