Have a km-C3225 that started giving bands of toner across the page intermittantly. Customer is running booklets on 11 X 17 paper. So paper is duplexed. Band is on back side of sheet running front to back about an inch wide. sometimes mostly magenta and sometimes cyan. On a run of 450 copies it had 8 copies with the band. its always on back side about 4 inches from trail edge. any ideas. Im thinking transfer belt but just thought I would run it by everyone. Thanks

Have you checked or replaced the developer units yet. Kyocera had a problem with the white drum spacers cracking. Also check the transfer roller springs. You can also try adjusting sim 107 Belt Cleaning A. There has been problems due to humidity drop affecting transfer voltage. 220<=width change from 51 to 80.
