Have our Demo unit getting a black line side to side sometimes on the first copy out, it does not matter if you are printing or copying. I have changed both the Black Drum and Developer units for other problems but the line sometimes still appears.
I have not been able to duplicate the problem it only happens when the salesman makes a copy or print, the only thing I can verify it happens after the machine has been sitting a while.
