Has any body had any success downloading the new Main Boot and Printer Firmware for the KM-C3225 etc. and the KM-C4035E etc. According to the Technical Bull. it was supposed to be out 12/07/07.

It's there this morning. You have to check the all resources for the model. Check under the firmware tab. They are listed separately.

Never mind... I just tried downloading and came up with errors for the main boot files. Hmmmmmm......

New Main Boot and Printer F/W can now be downloaded for Voyager I and II.

It failed this morning when I went to all resorces, but I was able to get it from the Technical-whats new-Km-4035E. The E series has different firmware than the non-E machines

According to Kyocera tech support the new firmware is suppose to help with developing units problem but in the description file for the new firmware it doesn't mention anything about it. There are 2 different downloads.... read the instructions ;you have to install those separately. from what i understood the new firmware prevents uploading the Voyager 1 firmware to Voyager 2 and viceversa. Anybody heard if the new firmware helps with the dev assys ?
