We have been using ci1100 in print shop and a old clc350 canon for 11x17 and small hp's i have been looking for small volume like the c850d that i see on kma-connect . any ideas? thanks Jeff
I would get the new KM-C2630 it is based off of the KM-C8026N color printer. I don't know how everyone else weighs in on the 850 but I have not had good luck with these copiers. The one in our shop that we use is down, I have another one at another shop that is working fine with B/W but color is streaking. That and just now my dispatcher came to me with another one with a C-code. As far as i am concerned the 850 is a piece of #$@%. Well that's my 2 cents, others might have a different opinion.

Check out the Canon IR3220, for a business color machine it reproduces color photographs quite well. The only problem I have had with one we have in a print shop is the fuser rollers wearing out early cause they want to duplex thick glossy paper. Probably should put this post in the water cooler.
what ever you do dont buy a kyocera color machine unless you want nothing but trouble and poor copy quality.. they should have never gotten into the color market. i havent seen a kyocera color machine that works right yet
dC-142 HERE yes 313zd my post back then has been some time ago i have killed a used konica 8031 since then still have image units at good price if any needed we enden up with magicolor 7450II grafx nice box so far. the reason we did not get kyocera it would not do full bleed. thanks for imput also thanks again 313zd for your help on tool barn idea but i do that by hand! Jeff
KM C2030 was a good unit but it was a Minolta (no not a Konica). Hey dude I hear you on the 'by hand' thing but after the Minolta DI620 and 30 screws holding in the print controller, 600rpms helps prevent carpel tunnel Z
No HOPE, just BROKE. Anyone else - 2012
