I have a customer with a 5016 that prints really dark photos. You can see the photo but it is like taking a photo at dusk when almost all the day light is gone.

Don't overlook the software the customer is printing from, or the PC. Plug in your own PC and see how photos look from it. ================================================== Chris L's Hiking/Geocaching blog (new and improved!) yoyoartist.blogspot.com

Also, look very close at the test page. There should be three shades of each color KCM and Green to better show the Yellow. If you do not have a light/medium/dark shade for each of these colors then the LED printhead focus my be out of adjustment.

I went back to the customer's location and upgraded the print driver to v4.4, then set the ICM correction for images and it took care of the problem. Thanks.
