Just installed a 7550ci in a print shop yesterday. Machine has a Fiery installed and it won't print duplex when using the Fiery. Copying duplex works fine and if you print to the machine using the KX driver, it duplexes fine. When you attempt to duplex copies using the Fiery, it simply spits out 1-sided documents. We've tried re-loading the driver from the Fiery and using the disk included. Anyone seen this issue?
