Taskalfa 400ci each thousand of color copy the waste toner bottle is full, and toner finish very fast, we update the firmware but no success, please help

Did this get resolved? I have a 250ci filling the waste tank with black toner, and used 2 full black cartridges in under 4K lifetime prints.

sounds like the dev. drive clutch is stuck or the High Voltage is not turning off, bad ground? Have you checked the wall voltage/current? The new machines definitly need a smooth consistant power source to work properly. good luck
