Has anyone had a problem with blue background on copy/scans ONLY when using the DP? Got one and tried everything I know, including replacing the DP, no joy. Prints are fine, copies off the glass are fine. It originally had a DP760, and I swapped in a dp750, with no change.

Scanner home position being knocked out of place will cause this. The scanner will scan off the glass with a slight variation in lead edge, may not notice it but when the scanner moves to the ADF position the scanner is out of place enough that the light refraction reflects the 480ish nm wavelength (blue). Gallivan-shop look in the SM DP750-760 book at U411 description. It gives the adjustment procedures and Test Charts to be used. Page 1-3-16. The kit i was given may be a collection of the charts.
