we have a cs3232e that the control panel comes out of calibration, the screen and the touch control moves off by 1/2 inch or so. so you always have to hit under what your wanting to do, and the buttons on the very bottom of the panel you can not use? just seeing what parts you used to fix so i don't order the whole unit when i don't need to. thanks

Yep. I've repaired every panel with no problems. I've gone through 5 or 6 in 3 yrs. It's always the users that scan a lot. My guess is that scanning requires more use of the touch panel. =^..^=
