I was one of the ginny pigs testing the 6 ver
firmware and it did not help with my copy quality
problems, mainly re accurring background
KMA seems to be at a loose as to what to do

I was there, and it was awful not getting to voice my opinion about what was said. But I did get to see the new production machine and talked to Keith about it.

I have to applaude KMA for doing this, too few manufacturer even make the attempt.
I think the webinar is today's best way to get the information into the field quickly, and a relatively good presentation was done. I would like to have an open discussion session for Q&A after the presentation. Say a 40 min presentation with at least 20 min for Q&A.

I didn't get audio either, not until I phoned into the webinar.

I've already seen the Adobe-first page only thing. I'll have to get the script from the webinar to get the details on that.

I agree, and a Q&A would be good. I wish KM would do what Ricoh does and have technical conferences with dealers in regions so we can all compare notes.
