Got a service call, customer indicated that the copier displayed this message. Nothing found in the service manual concerning this message and nothing in the operation manual. Any info about this message would be greatly appreciated. Copier was just updated to the latest firmware approximately a week ago.

So, They either need to open the blinds on the window to let the sunshine in or crank up their AC, or Crank Down their AC. It would be nice if that message is also described in the service manual back with the rest of the self status messages. Thanks for the info.

Follow up. The complete message is "Warning for Low Temperature. Adjust Room Temperature" This copier is located so that there is an HVAC duct directly above and just to the right of center of the copier. Customer is going to close off this duct by 50% just incase the cold air coming through isn't causing this problem. Checked the external temperature indication with MM U139 and the temp reading was at 0 degrees C and the external humidity was also reading 0. Executed a MM U906 and rechecked and these readings are now at 23 degrees C and 50(%) humidity and the temperature warning message is no longer being displayed. If closing the duct off doesn't work, then I guess we gotta get this copier a sweater or something.

We had this problem in a customer they had no heater in winter after 6oclock. so always in the morning the machine show this message, our kyocera Tech Rep came and he did some changes but the msg came back after some days , when i called him again he told me, tell the customer to wait for summer(hehehehe), the machine will be good. So may be you have to ask your customer to wait for winter.
