Am I the only one not seeing the Taskalpha in either the Knowledge base or the QA search?

I have tried many times without success.
I even phoned support about it and they said it was being worked on.
That was two weeks ago.
I would appreciate knowing if anyone has seen any update.
Perhaps the product is so good there are no issues....

Ed the latest firmware update is 5.0

The latest firmware is 501 you can get it from your rep or the FTP site. The 6.0 should be out soon.

Hey looks like the QA search is working now

Hi again.
Can you advise what search parameters you enter under QA for the TASKalfa Ci500 as I still see
nothing under KMA CONNECT here in CANADA.

I was aware of firmware 5.0 and I see mentioned that 6.x is coming? Any particulars on the reason for this upgrade?
