I have two voyagers in the field doing the same thing. Toner is building up on the cyan and magenta drum units. the augers are working, I've put new drums and transfer belt, updated firmware, cln and vac. The build up causes voids and streaks. Any help would be appreciated.

Not to sound like a dufus, but what models are Voyagers, Falcons, etc?

I know what I know better than anyone else knows what I know.

On one of the two machines, the rear drive pack had been replaced. Not sure if this is related, but I have noticed a build up of toner on the magenta dev unit lining up perfectly where the calibration 'id patch' is developed on the transfer belt. This build up of toner is multi colored.

I'm finding that the useful life of the main drive pack is less than 1M, closer to 3/4M prints. It's just not worth changing out individual gears when they're all worn. =^..^=
