As per bulletins and tech support procedures I have changed the motors (4) on the main drive H unit, the Engine PCB and also the Black Developer unit. The drums and other developer units when pulled out of machine turn and look OK. The original black developer was all full of toner dust which is typical. Besides showing the 7101 code which is still there I did get a 7103 which is more or less the same procedure. I expect to bring the machine in but I thought I might post here for any other things to try. Thanks yet again.
Since you have replaced motors, I would advise checking for pinched wires around or under top tab of M drum motor. This just happened to us and drove me crazy for a day or so.Fixed wires and moved away, now all good. No more codes.

You said you replaced the 4 motors in the back. Did you try the toner hopper motor behind the toner cartridges. I have had that trigger the codes. 7102 and 7103 If the toner augers going into the dv units are empty thats usually what it is.
I will look into that. I am waiting to try the board I have on order. I have gone over my connections and looked for any pinched wires. Once I try that I will update. I hope early next week. Thanks
Issue resolved. It appears that the engine pcb that I thought was fine had an issue. Reinstalling the original engine pcb along with the other items that were changed (motors and front pcb that black developer and photoconductor plugs into). Monday I will reassemble and adjust image and test. Thanks
