G'Day Guys,

Haven't been around for a while. Hope you are all fine. Now for a question. Has anyone had an issue with a FS C5400DN that jams (AO) because the copy does not reach the duplex switch. I have several machine regularly having this issue. All have low copy counts and there is nothing obvious.Firmware is up to date. One machine is using A4 another A5 paper size, so that sizing is not a issue.
Any thoughts would be appreciatd. Thanks.
