We have a 4050 that when you scan to a folder, it will sometimes lock. it will scan all 40 pages, and then the counter on the display will say 29 pages, but then you go to the folder and all 40 pages are there? that is when the machine will lock out, we have changed every board, op panel, power pwbs, main, engine, inverter board, entire doc feeder,main harnesses,you name it, and it has been changed.It was doing it on location, and in the shop. Any info would be great, thank you all

Are you scanning using SMB or FTP?
We had this issue on a 4050 that would lock up when scanning up. We changed from FTP to SMB and the trouble stopped.
