The TASKalfa ran fine for 5 weeks, until I installed the DF-780 1000 sheet finisher.

At first I thought it might be a user problem, but I could not find a way to generate this code. The motor that lifts the delivery rollers is powerful, and I could not stop it, slow it, or recreate the code.

I saw a reference to this code in the firmware upgrades from 3.00. Well it had 3.02/1.02 at the last occurrance of the error, and it is currently at 3.05/1.03.

Does anyone have any experience with this code? =^..^=

Just a follow up:

We're now at firmware version 3.05/1.03 and I haven't had a code in a week. I can only conclude that firmware did the trick. =^..^=

Update: No callbacks. I think the 3.05/1.03 firmware solved my finisher code problems.
