Just wanted to see if any of you guys have come across one of these KyoShiba spilling magenta dv on the sensor board and getting in the connectors.

I know the DV units are supposed to have a small notch that used developer/toner can leave the unit as new comes in. Is it possible the opening is blocked or obstructed? Have you already had the unit out to see if its got a bad seal on one of the bushings?

Tonerrat, the thing I dont understand is that the machine is clean very small amount of dv/toner. I will check the seal when I get a chance to go back to the call.

I have to go back to a 550c we have to change out the black drum and cleaning parts. I will take a look to see if it is dusting in the way yours is. It might be a problem inherent to that model series.

Not yet. What are you doing about the waste toner box are you dumping them out, or replacing them.
