I have a c-2126 with a c-3200 and random f-000 codes.I know c-3200 is optics related. The lamp will sometimes lite halfway but then after a reset it will light up full again. Took scanner assembly apart and everything looks right. Any ideas? thanks

When we get a C-3200 intermittent codes, we first do firmware update (because that is Hotlines 1st question, but has yet to ever fix it), then we replace the following parts in this order, lamp inverter pcb, lamp, and main pcb. Interestingly, the parts cost increase in the same sequence .

we had c3200 error on a brand new fsc2126 only 30 prints, we replaced the scanner unit.

We had a brand new Kyocera FS-C2126MFP with 0 copies/prints that had a C3200 code and we also had to replace the scanner. This fixed it and it is not to difficult to replace. You do not have to go to deep into the machine to do this.
