Cyan Drum Blade Issue #1 Ok, This is what the copier decided to do for the customer. Firmware is up to date. Printed out all the service lists from maintenance mode without reproducing the problem. Had customer send a color print job and this is what I get. Cyan Drum Unit Problem Pull the DV unit out and this it what it looks like. How much toner dust is too much. This is just like the Voyagers. Pull out the Main Charge Roller Assy. and this it what it looks like. Cyan Main Charge Roller toner contamination. Excessive Toner Contamination. Drum cleaning blade appears to be failing intermittently and dumping toner that is collecting in the Main Charge Roller. Drum Cleaning Blade area with Main Charge Assy removed. Needless to say this drum unit was replaced.

I think I'd run sim U131 Auto adjustment. If your more than 25 points above or below the reference the developer unit needs to be replaced. My guess is that your cyan developer is overtoning so severely that the drum cannot clean itself. Let us know what you discover. =^..^= =^..^=
