i have a broke paper sensor in tray one of this thing. looking at the service and parts manuals, i'm not seeing how to get that tan holder out of the machine without breaking it. does anyone know how to get this out without brute strength?? lol i see no screws or tabs (but with the little room in it to see really). thanks in advance. This message has been edited. I had this problem, as well. There is a tab that holds it in place. There is a small square hole that you push up on with a small flat-head screwdriver. The assembly should slide to the left or right (I can't remember which). It will come down far enough to unroute the cable to the switches. I had two of these machines break those sensors. I found that the sensor dropped down in the hole in the cassette too far and prevented the drawer from opening. I fixed it by putting a piece of tape over the hole in the cassette. | |||
