copy from glass comes light, while from the printing is fine, they donot use Df.
Any suggestions? Thanks |

Hmm, I would make sure the mirrors and copy glass were clean. Including any hazing. Make sure the white plate on the bottom of glass is clean.

Current Firmware 9.0? Did you make sure the Eco mode is off? Also redo Sim 410 detail.

Clean all the mirrors and glass, then make certain to perform the gray level adjust when done.
