is it just australia (i dont think so)the colour machines although they have had about nine updates on the fuser are still falling over and also the blue drums are still falling over .we are changing at least at the least one drum and one fuser a week .how do we sell new models when the old ones appear to be crap after a not too bad start.

If we're talking about the Voyager E, I haven't had any trouble with the fusers since the fourth revision (302JD93054).

The second revision was worse than the first, and Kyocera didn't even let out an of the third revision. I happened to place an order between the second & fourth and waited a good three weeks. It's a good thing that I keep a few loaner fusers around just for this occasion.
