This 8100 works just fine when using drawer 1, but when using drawer 2 or the lcc, the paper jams at the reg roller all the time. The reg roller does not turn. When i unplug and plug in the transfer belt assy, i can get anyware from 20 to 50 prints in a row, then back to the same jam 18, and it will keep jamming. I upgraded firmware, tested the vert switches, cleaned the vert and primary feed rollers. I have tested every way to get a print but the only way is unplugging the transfer belt then plugging it back in. Its only drawer 2 and the lcc. HELP
Did you try replacing both vertical convey switches up the side. These and the voyagers were notorious for blowing switches. I would suggest to replace both of them together, they are quirking in a way.
I will order the vert switches and try those first, but what is throwing me is that i checked them when the constant jamming is present, and unplugging then replugging the transfer section makes the printer work for a while.
