Have 2 DP-710's, one on aC2525E and the other on a C4035E that both go into J-71 or J-73 even after, in some cases, spitting out the original.Seems to happen when feeding multiple originals. If you power cycle the copier it works normally for a day or so then starts jamming again. Hope we're not getting a DP-410 style grounding issue again. Anybody run into this?

Ive had to remove a few Dfs and retighten the set screws, they will back out and cause intermittant jams.

DP-710's don't have hold down screws so that's out. The C4035E DP issue is a little odd cause it will feed two pages then jam every time, even if you feed them in separately, one at a time. Almost seems like the timing is whacked, but operation returns to normal if you pull the plug for a five minutes then fire it up again.

Do you have the correct DP-710. Check TB#1 page 17. The original DP-710 is not compatible with the C4035E. This wouldn't explain the problems occuring with the C2525E since it is compatible. I know some strange things happened when we had an incorrect finisher attached to an E series voyager once. It sounds as if you have a sensor issue going on in the feed section of the DP-710. Reseat all the sensor connectors at the sensor and at the control board.
