I have a C3225E with the 9-08 Combined firmware. The color detction set to 1 color.I tried setting U486 to mode 2 that did not help. I understand the machine reads for color in certain areas, and have tried rotating original which did not work also. Any input? Thank's

Yes, interesting ? Dummie "that is my Red Fox inpersination" yes I default all outgoing C mfp's to B/W in order to save customer cost in hope's of a three or four year upgrade to be able to compete with compitition. It sounds like I'm creating a problem for myself?

Airborne didn't retire... I've had minimal contact with him since he left the company he was with. I'll try to send him an email on his personal account and let him know that his friends in DNET are asking about him. Maybe he'll give us an encore!

Good to know I'm missed Big Grin you guys. I have a wayyys to go before retirement yet. I work for Xerox as an on site tech, mostly monitoring printers via the web and doing user printing issues/application type troubleshooting, spend most of my time studying to get Cisco certified though, since there is a lot of free time between calls. This contract is up in March so I have to be more marketable and you all know cisco is a good one to have.

This is the best job I have had since being in the army. Thumbs up No stress really. Didn't know these types of jobs existed. It does take a while to get used to sitting in a cube all day though, but you do get to know the people around you pretty good which is different than being on the road.

I see you guys are still keeping this site going, that's great, it really is the best in the industry, i have found this second to none across all mfr's. You guys are great take care and thanks for thinking about me. Lift !!!

Thanks for the heads up Dan!!
