i had one doing the same thing, would print out a few reg. charts and they all would be different without making any adjustments. it was the transfer belt. try disassembling it first and make sure it seated correctly.

I have a 3225 doing the same thing, I follow the Kyocera Registration adjustment procedure, the next day or next week it will be off again. Last time I cleaned all of the drum drive coupler gears and checked if the new springs were installed.

From tech pub no. 2HL-0017 (B075) In case that the color registration adjustment value exceeds the adjustable range of 0 to 255 for some reason, the maximum value of 255 will be applied to the color registration chart. Afterwards, the color registration cannot be manually adjusted since the value for auto adjustment of 255 was already input. for Some Reason?? WTF KM, you don't know ?? Well follow the proceedure outlined i guess and cross your fingers =========================== Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. - G.
