OK I have a CS 300ci that is getting a C7104 error. The book says it's a yellow DEV problem and I've done what the book has asked which is replace the yellow DEV, engine board and sub front PWB. Still have the same issue so Kyocera said to check the coupler and make sure that it is engauging. It seems to be and the motors kick on when the machine starts. Anyone else run into this problem yet. Kyocera seemed to be reaching or answers. Please any help would be great.
we have had bad dv motors, I know yours is turning, but it could still be bad

tod, your need to order the color motors thats the dev and cleaning motors. I would also check the wires on the dev units . Make sure they are not pinched.
