i have a 250ci that will only print un collated, it will print 3 copies of the first page, and so on... when making the change in the driver it does not do anything different, when telling it to staple it will not do it because it still prints un cdollated... the finisher works correctly it will staple and offset in copy mode just not in print mode. i have updated the firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, i have also hooked up my laptop to the machine and used one of the drivers on my computer still does the same thing, anyone seen anything like this...

check your hard drive?

do you mean to format the hard drive? any reasoning behind that? thanks

when running sorted print jobs, the hard drive gets used to replicate the sets of prints.

That did not solve the problem, i have been in contact will Kyo. Tech. Sup. Surprise, Surprise they have not seen this problem before, (at least when it is not firm., or driver problem.)
