Vacuumed out black drum unit works for 3k. Tried new drum unit same thing,motors are working, waste toner auger working, Any help.

drum motor is running slow...i have a similar issue with majenta...& i replaced the motor still working to this day...good luck

Yeah, I agree with DUMMIETEK. We had a TA400ci with a slow cleaning motor. Watching it you could see it speeding up and slowing down, but it wouldn't actually stop. Kyocera released a TB last october outlining the motors you can expect to have problems with(more than a few unfortunately). Good luck!

Went back set sim 59 to mode 3, sim 464 to 100%. removed fixing unit cooling filter as instrucked by rep. will monitor machine.

Drum got packed again after 1k, so setting didn't work. Orderd cleaning motor, guess what on back order until end of may.

If thats the motor with the fuse shown in TB#6 what we have done is heat up fuse with soldering gun till it falls off then a small dab of solder to bridge the gap. Works like a champ.

great suggestion billy the only issue is ..it will stay on & re_pack that drum with black toner ... the best thing is to find a 2050 drive motor ...its the same.....shhhhh...secret @ no cost!!!!



DUMMIETE...not out sourced yet... LOL!..no that is my main men line... Cool1
