I know this is everyones favorite copier so here goes.I have one with 479k on it and has been running great until now.The copies come out wahed out looks almost like a moist paper problem. When you run about 150 copies (color or b/w ) it will go into its calabration please wait mode ,once that is done it starts giving me washed out copies.Turn the copier off wait a few min. turn back on copies start coming out great again. It seems to only happen after the calabration.I have replaced entire paper transport assembly, drum, and primary transfer unit. Thanks for any help .

Don't forget about the 4 clutches on the rear of the machine that enable the dv brush flow....

Gazoo makes a good point. When it starts giving you washed out copies, stop the machine. Pull out the Image rack and look at your dv units. Is there a dv brush on any of them or are they bare?
