I'm going to look at one of these problems tomorrow that sounds similar. They are saying "fuzzy color when copying, prints are fine." Sounds like the Auto gray adjust may need to be ran. I will post back what I find.

Well, my problem was only color registration being way off, but only the MV CV and YV, which would have been the time of the drum laying down the colors on the transfer belt. The MH-F, CH-F, YH-F, MH-R, CH-R and YH-R were all fine. The MV CV and YV all needed to be changed to the letter "G" for proper timing alignment. Not sure why this was so far off. After that adjustment, then the detailed "Gray" adjust, copier working fine again. Customer claimed that the print jobs where fine and they were pretty good, but close inspection reveal some color registration adjustment problems on the print jobs also. All in all we haven't been having many problems with the TAs, knock on wood.

Hey Eric, I had a voyager yesterday where the yellow was so far out of whack, I had to run the big color registration, then the basic color registration like 6 times! Some of the Voyagers were real funny about the reg settings, don't know if the T/A's are going to be any different.
