My tech went out for copy quality issues, the copies were having a Magenta candy cane issue. By that I mean they were putting down a heavy Magenta line, then roughly an inch later were putting down a void line, another inch later another Magenta. If you run a 089 you can only see it on the Magenta and not any of the other colors.
So my tech put in a new drum for Magenta, same problem. Tech put in a new magenta dev unit with the new drum, same problem. Tech called the Kyocera Support Line and they recommended we do what we already did, and at this point do not really have any other recommendations, other than get our Area Rep out here.
