Wile, I've seen this a couple times. The Registration and Feed Clutches are bad. Developer will migrate to them and literally chew up the shafts they sit on. I had one cut completely in half. Time to upgrade this pig to a Taskalfa or raise the cost of their M/A. Replacing the clutches looks more difficult than it is....but that may just be cause you're doing it and not me.
