Just a quick word, had a problem where the print system falied and displayed a c0240 error code,issue was finally nailed down to the DDR Dimm on the print system.

What have you come up with? I have seen this too. Look at my thread on 4035E lockup. I am getting Co630 codes. I replaced both machine DDR memory sticks. Hotline says it is the machine hard drive. I have it in the shop now. It will do it once every 2 days.These codes look like they are not direct to the point.The code has happened 5 times. Brand new machine. But the darn thing will not show it on service call print out on UOO. It could mean different things.Confusing as #$%*(.
