Toner All colors(Brownish) spitting all over the image correction unit and transfer belt after blade unit. Also toner spitting onto pages. I have replaced transfer assembly, image correction assy, and all developers and black IU. Help Please.

How about the main charge units. These machines need to have the PM's done and all parts installed. Have you run Auto gamma? Lastly this post should be in the Konica section of the forum. Thumbs up

your transfer belt cleaning unit is not set correct or the cleaning blade spring is not set. You might also might want to check the cleaning unit is not cloged up they are prone to do this.

Okay so I have also rebuilt cleaning unit and blade also replaced all charge units

i had this problem on a voyager and it turned out to be the cleaning auger had a chunk of plastic in it

Wound up being a bad toner collection mylar assembly. Thanks for your help. You can close this ticket and sorry for putting it in the wrong place.
